Where and how we collect your personal information
We collect personal information about you:

What personal information do we hold about you?

Our legal basis for using your personal data

PEBBELL’s primary legal basis is contract fulfilment. The personal data we collect is necessary to allow us to fulfil our contracts (service agreements) with you either directly or via a service provider providing you a service using PEBBELL’s connectivity; or to enter into a contract with you, for example if you purchase from our website; we may need to contact, for example service alerts or to notify you about changes to our services. We may also need personal information from you to in order to ensure your privacy, for example if it’s necessary to recover an account.
You may also opt in (consent) to PEBBELL direct marketing (newsletters, offers) when visiting our website. We do not share any personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. You are entitled to withdraw this consent at any time. You can do this by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing emails. You may also change marketing opt-in preferences via your online account at any time.
Telecommunications is a regulated industry. PEBBELL has some legal obligations on the retention of communications records that may be shared on request with lawful authorities.

Subject Access Requests (SAR)
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. This is known as a Subject Access Request (SAR). We will provide this to you free of charge once we have confirmed your identity within 30 days of receipt of your request.
