PEBBELL’s primary legal basis is contract fulfilment. The personal data we collect is necessary to allow us to fulfil our contracts (service agreements) with you either directly or via a service provider providing you a service using PEBBELL’s connectivity; or to enter into a contract with you, for example if you purchase from our website; we may need to contact, for example service alerts or to notify you about changes to our services. We may also need personal information from you to in order to ensure your privacy, for example if it’s necessary to recover an account.
You may also opt in (consent) to PEBBELL direct marketing (newsletters, offers) when visiting our website. We do not share any personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
